    Module 1 introduces our expert course convenor, establishes general principles for attaining resilience and outlines the Synergistix Resilience model, the research based paradigm that underlies this course, from beginning to end.

  • Module 2: Physical fitness

    Module 2 explores the paradigm of Turbo-boosters (state of Flow and Circadian rythms), and how to create sustainable vitality by cultivating our energy triad (rest and relaxation, exercise and nutrition micro-behaviours). 

  • Module 3: Socio-emotional fitness

    Module 3 explores deep connections built through prosocial behaviours (nurturing relationships), underpinned by taking responsibility for one’s own baggage (responsibility), so that ours/others toxic behaviours (breaking destructive relationships) are neutralised.   

  • Module 4: Spiritual fitness

    Module 4 is the interplay between how you gain and maintain perspective (20-20 vision paradigm) and those micro-behaviours that support this through identity/purpose clarification (Trifecta), appreciation of others/experiences (Gratitude) and making a positive contribution (Pay it Forward). Spiritual fitness shapes both the meaning and value we attach to our life and the events therein.  In this course, spirituality has a  secular perspective, but we acknowledge the power that religion can play in resilience.   

  • Module 5: Mental fitness

    Module 5 is the paradigm of "Think like a kid" (reawakening  of our curiosity and awe), thereby ensuring that we stay relevant. It is the dynamic interplay between collecting dots (stimuli), connecting dots (reflection) and the  power of empowering thought that allows us to rise above our challenges. 

  • Module 6: An integrated life

    The objective of this final module of the course is to revisit the key elements of the Synergistix Resilience model. We will focus on integration, in order to prepare you for finalising and living your personal action plan. We call this the “fifth dimension” – the magic that emerges with the realisation that your whole life is so much more than its parts.
